I have now been a property sales consultant for the last three years. I do not specifically specialize in any particular area because Malta & Gozo are reached quite easily, especially when one uses two wheels (motorcycle) to go around. I have hands on experience in the building industry and thus I know most of the pros and cons that exist when acquiring a property. They all have it!!! Having the right guidance and support can make all the difference!!! Eventually the daily word in my mindset is honesty towards both the vendor and buyer.
